At Plantpots we believe in building trust through transparency. Below you will find a summary of our current fees for both funded and non funded sessions and how to access available government support. 

 

What is Included in extra curricular package?

We pride ourselves on offering a fully inclusive service, meaning there are no hidden extras. 

Our fees cover:

• Nutritious Meals & Snacks:  a two-course hot lunch and healthy snacks prepared daily by our in-house chef at the on site cafe.

• Essential Supplies: All wipes, sun cream, and Emergency medication.

• Enrichment Activities: Daily specialist classes such as Spanish lessons, Yoga and Mindfulness, Dough Disco and Funky Feet, cookery club, gardening club, Baby Massage

Please Note: If your child attends using government funding, there is a small extra curricular charge per funded session. This covers the cost of all included meals, snacks, and supplies listed above that are not covered by the government funding rate.

 

Government Funding & Financial Support

We proudly accept all forms of government-funded childcare hours, helping to make high-quality childcare affordable for all families.

 

• 15 & 30 Hours Funding - We accept 15 and 30 hours free childcare for eligible children. We offer this on a  term time only basis which is across 38 weeks of the year.

• Tax-Free Childcare- We are registered to accept payments via the government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

• Childcare Vouchers- We accept vouchers from all major providers if registered prior to the cut off date.
